Course Goal:
This CLE will explore the legal issues involved in renewable energy law in North Carolina. This day long continuing legal education program (CLE) will focus on the mechanics of renewable energy for attorneys and business professionals by examining timely subjects in this sector.

All attendees will receive 6 general CLE credits.

Course Objectives: 

  • Provide attendees with an annual update on regulatory and legislative developments impacting clean energy in North Carolina;
  • Provide attendees current information that will be useful in the year ahead for North Carolina renewable energy issues
